The Seals v. Concora Credit settlement covers prerecorded calls to cell numbers that did not belong to Concora Credit account holders, and claims are due October 19, 2026.

The case is Seals v. Concora Credit Inc. in federal court in Oregon, and a settlement tracker reports that the court granted preliminary approval on August 5, 2026. Claims are filed for free at the official Seals TCPA settlement website with the Claimant ID and Access Code printed on the postcard notice.

Who Can Claim the Concora Credit Robocall Settlement?

You can claim from the Concora Credit robocall settlement if Concora Credit placed, or caused someone to place, an artificial or prerecorded voice call to your cell phone between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026. Your number also must not have been assigned to a Concora Credit account holder. The class is limited to people in the United States. The estimated payment is $250 to $650 per approved claimant.

The deadline is Monday, October 19, 2026. Online claims must be in by that date, and mailed claims must be postmarked by that date. File as soon as you confirm the call fits.

This page describes the settlement terms. It cannot decide whether you qualify or how much you will get. The settlement administrator makes both decisions. For background on how a class action moves from filing to payment, see our guide to how class action settlements work.

Who Is in the Class

The class is every person in the United States who received a Concora Credit call using an artificial or prerecorded voice on a cell number that was not assigned to a Concora Credit account holder, from May 2, 2021 through May 31, 2026. Each part of that definition narrows who is in. A live person calling, a landline, or a call outside those dates falls outside the class as written.

The call came before May 2, 2021 or after May 31, 2026NoCalls outside the class period are not covered

A class member who did not get a notice can still ask for a claim form, but the request must include proof of an eligible prerecorded call or message on their cell phone. The notice does not spell out what proof counts. A settlement tracker says a saved voicemail, a call log entry, or a screenshot is the kind of record the mail-in route contemplates. Our guide to claiming without proof of purchase explains how settlements treat missing records in general.

How Much the Concora Credit Settlement Pays

Concora Credit will pay an $8,375,000 settlement fund, and a tracker estimates about $5,000,000 of it will remain for approved claims after fees and costs. Every approved claimant gets an equal share of that remainder. That is why the per-person payment is an estimated range of $250 to $650 rather than a fixed amount.

ItemAmount
Settlement fund paid by Concora Credit$8,375,000
Attorneys' fees (cap)Up to $3,000,000
Notice and administration (cap)Up to $340,000
Litigation costs (cap)Up to $25,000
Class representative award (cap)Up to $10,000
Left for approved claims (tracker arithmetic)About $5,000,000

The math is $8,375,000 minus $3,000,000, $340,000, $25,000, and $10,000, which leaves $5,000,000. A tracker also reports a separate $1,000,000 commitment to spend on TCPA compliance over three years, which brings the headline total to $9,375,000, but none of that $1,000,000 goes to class members as cash.

Each deduction is subject to court approval, and the settlement is not final until the court approves it. The more valid claims are filed, the smaller each equal share becomes. The $250 to $650 range is an estimate, and no administrator has guaranteed it.

No payment date has been announced, and the sources do not say whether payments arrive by check or electronically. Settlement money may be taxable depending on what it replaces, so read our guide on whether settlements are taxable before you plan around it.

How to File a Concora Credit Settlement Claim Before October 19

A Concora Credit settlement claim can be filed online with the codes on your postcard, by mail with the paper claim form, or by written request if no postcard arrived. Filing is free on every route. Postcards went out on September 4, 2026.

If you received a postcard:

  1. Go to the Seals TCPA settlement website (www.SealsTCPASettlement.com).
  2. Enter the Claimant ID and Access Code printed on the postcard. The Access Code is case sensitive.
  3. Make sure your browser has cookies enabled.
  4. Submit the claim by October 19, 2026.

If you did not receive a postcard:

  1. Write to the Settlement Administrator and ask for a claim form, including your proof.
  2. Return the completed claim form postmarked by October 19, 2026.

A news report lists the mailing address as Settlement Administrator, 9243, PO Box 2599, Faribault, MN 55021-9599. Compare that address with the one on the official settlement website before you mail anything. Leave enough time before October 19 for a request, a reply, and a return mailing.

What the Lawsuit Alleged

The lawsuit alleges that Concora Credit violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing calls with an artificial or prerecorded voice to cell phones without prior express consent. The court has not decided whether those allegations are true.

Alexis Seals filed the case on May 1, 2025 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Portland Division, as Case No. 3:25-cv-00728-AN. A tracker describes Concora Credit Inc. as formerly known as Genesis FS Card Services, and a news report places its offices in Beaverton, Oregon and Akron, Ohio. A tracker names Rust Consulting, Inc. as the settlement administrator.

For how other prerecorded-call cases are handled, see our guide to TCPA robocall claims.

What Happens If You Do Nothing or Opt Out

If you do nothing, you get no payment, and if the court approves the settlement you still give up certain covered claims against Concora Credit. Filing a claim is how you request a payment.

Opt out by mailing a signed written request, postmarked by October 19, 2026, with:

  • Your full name and address
  • The phone number that received the call
  • A clear statement that you want to be excluded

Objections are due by the same postmarked date. Class counsel filed a fee petition on September 4, 2026 asking for up to $3,000,000, and the court has not ruled on it. The sources do not name class counsel.

Debt Settlement Offers and Fake Messages

This class action is about alleged prerecorded calls to people who were not Concora Credit account holders, and it has nothing to do with a credit card debt settlement offer. A cardholder who owes Concora Credit a balance should not treat a claim form as a payoff offer.

Real settlement notices come from a court-appointed administrator, and the administrator never charges a fee to file a claim or release money. Do not click links in unsolicited texts or emails about this settlement. Type the official web address yourself.

More deadlines are listed in our roundup of October 2026 claim deadlines, and older funds are covered in our guide to unclaimed settlement money. If a prerecorded Concora Credit call reached your cell between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026, file your Concora Credit settlement claim at the official Seals TCPA settlement website before October 19, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can claim the Concora Credit robocall settlement?

The class covers anyone in the U.S. who received an artificial or prerecorded voice call from or for Concora Credit between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026. The call must have gone to a cell number not assigned to a Concora Credit account holder. The settlement administrator decides whether each claim is approved.

How much is the Concora Credit settlement payout?

The estimated payout is $250 to $650 per approved claimant. Each approved claimant gets an equal share of what a tracker estimates is about $5,000,000 left after fees and costs, so the amount depends on how many valid claims are filed. The range is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

What is the Concora Credit settlement claim deadline?

The claim deadline is Monday, October 19, 2026. Mailed claims must be postmarked by that date. Opt-out requests and objections share the same deadline.

How do I file a claim if I did not get a postcard?

Write to the settlement administrator to request a claim form, and include proof that you received an eligible prerecorded call or message on your cell phone. The notice does not specify the required proof, but a tracker says a saved voicemail, call log entry, or screenshot is the kind of record the mail-in route contemplates.

Is the Concora Credit settlement legit?

It is a court case and is unrelated to any debt offer. The case is Seals v. Concora Credit Inc., No. 3:25-cv-00728-AN, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and a tracker reports preliminary approval on August 5, 2026. The court has not given final approval. Filing is free, and a real administrator never asks for a fee to file a claim or release money.

Is this the same as a Concora Credit debt settlement offer?

No. This class action covers alleged prerecorded calls to people who were not Concora Credit account holders. It is unrelated to any offer to settle a credit card balance owed to Concora Credit.
