The Starter Package is a self-directed filing service. We give you the guidance, checklists, and intake form. You collect your own evidence and supporting documents. You submit it all to us — and we file your claim with the DOJ on your behalf the moment the portal opens.

How the Self-Directed Process Works

Starter is built for claimants who want to control their own case but need someone reliable to handle the actual filing. You do the document gathering. We do the filing.

You receive our structured intake questionnaire and a personalized document checklist showing exactly what evidence to gather based on your claim type (IRS targeting, FBI/DOJ investigation, Jan 6, political speech, etc.).

2. You Collect Your Evidence & Documents

You are responsible for assembling your own records — agency letters, court filings, financial records, contemporaneous notes. We tell you what's needed; you obtain and organize it.

3. You Submit It All to Us

Upload your completed intake and documents through our secure portal. Your information is held safely until the official DOJ form is released.

4. We Apply on Your Behalf

The moment the DOJ portal opens, we submit your claim on your behalf using your intake data and attached evidence. You receive a confirmation and claim reference number.

Government Fees Are Your Responsibility

Our $199 covers our filing service only. Any application fees, court fees, or other charges imposed by the government in connection with your claim are separate and must be paid by you at the time they are demanded. Fee amounts (if any) will be set by the DOJ when the program rules are finalized.

Is the Starter package self-directed?

Yes. We provide guidance, the intake form, and a checklist. You are responsible for gathering your own evidence and supporting documents. Once you submit them to us, we file the claim with the DOJ on your behalf.

Are there government filing or court fees?

If the DOJ imposes any application fees, court fees, or related charges, those are separate from our $199 and are paid directly by you at the time they are demanded. The DOJ has not yet published a fee schedule.

What if the program rules change?

The Anti-Weaponization Fund is a brand-new program. Rules, deadlines, and documentation requirements may evolve as the DOJ publishes final regulations. We monitor announcements continuously and will notify you if your intake needs to be updated.

What if the portal never opens?

If the DOJ formally cancels the fund without ever opening a portal, you receive a full refund. We also monitor alternative claim paths (congressional relief, class actions) and will notify you if any emerge.

Does the $199 include legal advice?

The Starter package is a self-directed application — you control your case and assemble your own evidence; we handle the filing. If you'd like a licensed attorney to review your case and provide written insights and strategic guidance, see the Standard Package.

Can I upgrade to Standard after I've paid for Starter?

Yes. The $199 Starter fee is credited toward the Standard Package if you upgrade before the portal opens.

Is this refundable?

Yes — if your case has no viable basis for a claim (e.g., your situation does not involve a qualifying federal agency action), we refund your fee. Once your claim is filed, the fee is non-refundable.
